Nine days ago Concepta (CPT) was pushing aggressively at UK Investor - having just re-announced a deal with Boots - and mug punters responded, paying up to 3.75p to buy shares in the market. Last week I was made an insider. Apparently two big funds were desperate for shares and a placing to raise £2 million was underway.

FinnCrap (FCAP) has today listed on AIM having raised £3.75 million of new monies while insiders dumped £1.25 million of shares on mug punters. Unfortuanately for smug Sam Smith and the FinnCrap team a statement on current trading from Numis (NUM) shows just why FinnCrap rushed to get its own IPO away and why it should be avoided like the plague.

Strat Aero (AERO) is quite clearly insolvent. That its shares have not been suspended pending clarification is just another badge of shame for the world's most successful growth market, that is to say the AIM Casino. Today sees another pathetic attempt to sucker in mug punters to try to pump this worthless stock ahead of another bailout placing.

Death spiral provider Bracknor does not buy shares in companies. It loans the desperate, cash at pound of flesh rates which it then converts into shares at discounted rates and flogs to mug punters. That is the classic death spiral model. But to get such a death spiral away it needs a perception of market liquidity and also to avoid a complete short term collapse of the share price. And that brings us to Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO).

A rushed day, back to hospital in five minutes. Ahead I discuss why mug punters and Justin the Clown love blue sky rubbish like Cloudtag (CTAG) but not value plays. I discuss three value plays I know well two of which we own: San Leon (SLE), Obtala (OBT) and Guscio (GUSC). Boring is sexy. Then I look at a non value stock mugs like, North River Resources (NRRP). Then I discuss how one plays the game: fraud hunter vs fraudsters and yes that might involve producing mugs!

This is so shoddy. As I have pointed out on a number of occasions, Cloudtag (CTAG) has negative net current assets and is burning cash. Hitherto it has managed to persuade mug punters to buy into placings done at a premium to the prevailing share price on the basis that there was lots of jam tomorrow.

LGO Energy (LGO) has announced that it has raised £1.36 million in a placing at 0.25p and also that contractors have agreed to take payment of £590,000 of debts at the same price. This is a disastrous snub from the London Markets to David Lenigas as it was he who led this attempted bailout and mug punters were being promised a £5 million raise as you can see in leaked email correspondence below. Neil Ritson the hapless CEO of LGO admits that this is not enough, stating in the release:

Independent Resoures (IRG) is almost bust and will do a placing to keep the lights on very soon. But its shares are up by 185% today at 0.3p thanks to an RNS which is a spoof aimed at fooling mug punters. It has worked, never underestimate the stupidity of AIM investors.

It is pointless to debate the merits of Motive TV (MTV) in terms of a fundamental investment case. This website has covered it in full detail (HERE) and I think we are all aggreed that it is a worthless piece of crap that is worth 0p and should be delisted at once. But while it stays on the AIM casino its shares are actively traded by a certain class of moron and the screenshot below shows why most are certain to lose money.

Tired of acting for shite companies run by David Lenigas? I can’t blame Optiva Securities for feeling that way. Acting for Lenigas Cuba must be a bit of a drag. So why not set up your own shite company and float it. Welcome to Senterra Energy (SEN). Rope in a few mug punters like market abuser Chris Oil to pump it on twitter and off you go.

The public execution of insolvent AIM listed POS Golden Saint Resources (GSR) gets more gripping by the day. 24 hours ago ( day 5) the company had raised £300 from mug punters and £800 from staff at crowdforangels including imbecilic compliance officer Gollum, meaning that the net proceeds of this crowd funded debt death spiral were still MINUS £1938.50. Today the total raised is…

POS Aim casino poster boy Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) has today put out the most ridiculous and desperate operational update in an attempt to spoof mug punters to buy the shares. For the fact is that Mosman is almost out of cash – though it won’t admit it – and needs a bailout soon.
Perhaps these shysters would give us a full year trading update stating what net current assets and cash are? Oh no…that would give the game away.

A free meal for two at Free Speech & Liberty Pizza House in Clerkenwell is the prize in this week's contest. On the 19th the crony capitalists will be celeberating AIM's 20th birthday. How they will celebrate with black tie events, champagne, coke and hookers all paid for you.. the mug punters.

Since 23 March Touchstone Gold (TGL) has realeased 4 RNS Reach statements. An RNS Reach is a statement that is not financially material but allows company's to ramp their shares bu hoodwinking mug punters into thinking that they are of great import. And the 4 releases were indeed true ramperoonie drivel. The shares responded heading up to 0.9p to buy so guess what happened next?

I noted in a previous article HERE that Phorm (PHRM) was only a few weeks away from running out of cash and going tits up. Notwithstanding its $10 million fund raise in March it will be on its way to PLC heaven in mid-August unless some more mug punters like Evil Knievil are found to keep this fare going. I know that the company is telling a jam tomorrow story to investors right now. But before they fall for that ask Phorm about Brazil.
Now groupies of this stock state that Brazil is old hat. Phorm says it is winding down there to focus on higher growth opportunities, like Turkey and China. But as I revealed HERE that is a lie. Phorm had to shut up shop in Brazil, as its operations were banned under law. The same happened in Rumania. And before that in the US, UK and the rest of the EU.
Now what I alert you to today is how Phorm misled investors over Brazil for almost three years.

Independent Resources (IRG) won last week’s AIM Cesspit pump and dump (on mug punters) prize as it got its rescue £2.76 million placing away at 3p (the shares being 6.5p) after the pump but before the dump. But a City source makes it clear that the operation is not over yet.
The company admitted in its post dump (ooops I meant placing) RNS that it would be looking for money again. After the funds just raised will only last another 15 months and that is assuming that no drilling takes place.
